YOGA THERAPY TRAINING

One Point One's Yoga Therapy Training Program uses the tools and techniques of yoga, including asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy as an intervention to address the symptoms incurred from a provided diagnosis obtained and confirmed by a medical health care provider. We do not promise to cure, heal, or diagnose, but rather introduce a landscape and therapeutic environment wherein the client can participate in their own wellness and health balance.  We believe that every asana, pranayama, or meditation can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual, rather than the individual conforming to the demands of the practice.

Everybody has the right and ability to practice accessible yoga.

Our program will consist of modules that will run in 3-8 hour sessions, on weeknights and weekends; all modules will be offered ongoing in a 2-5 year cycle, allowing each student to move through the program at their own life and financial availability. Students have no less than 2 years and no more than 5 years from the start date to complete all required hours, including all clinical obligations.

In-studio and virtual options available for all students.
