The Ripple is a cozy and welcoming new space in Lower Lawrenceville offering contrast therapy, community connection, and curated wellness experiences. Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between hot (like a hot tub and sauna) and cold (like a cold plunge), which can help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, boost mood, and build resilience.

Our relaxing space offers guided and free-flow sessions using saunas, cold plunge tubs and hot tubs. Our events are designed to support restoration, connection, and joy. The Ripple is home to a growing network of kind souls committed to personal and collective well-being.

massage

Diane was drawn to alternative healing modalities at a young age and took her first aromatherapy class when she was 15. Her approach to healing stems from a variety of modalities that she tailors to each individual. Empathic by nature, she intuitively tunes in to the areas that are causing distress. Her practice includes massage (Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, trigger point, myofascial, hot/cold stone and reflexology,) as well as reiki, chakra balancing, crystal integration and aromatherapy.

PREMA WELLNESS

The most rewarding aspect of being a therapist is building relationships and connecting with people, assisting them in creating their authentic self and with navigating difficult life experiences. Sometimes, our perspective can get cloudy and we need help “cleaning the lens” through which we view ourselves, to discover a new awareness or maybe to develop a new pathway. If you are curious, looking for a new perspective, and have the willingness to try, the door is open and I am looking forward to being there with you on your journey to wellness.
