MASSAGE THERAPY
Offering myofascial release, trigger point, Thai, Swedish, lymphatic massage, and structural integration in private sessions

with Courtney Sage
Courtney Sage is a Pittsburgh native who has been working in the world of health and wellbeing for over 20 years. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 after graduating from Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan. She also is a Reiki II practitioner, certified life coach and yoga instructor, as well as an astrologer and tarot reader. In a constant pursuit for a deeper understanding of self and the universe, Courtney has found herself on a forever journey of healing and discovering the alternative practices that support it.
Through studies and experience, she has created her own unique massage style that pulls from different modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point, Thai, Swedish, craniosacral, and more.
Expect in each massage with her, a blend of various pressures and techniques to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience that not only feels good for the session but has the intention of a lasting positive effect. I honor that our bodies are a key to working with and releasing much more than just our muscles so I will always respect your needs and goals for our time together. Everyone and every body is welcome on her table.

with Megan Flinn
Inspired by a love of movement and anatomy, Megan enjoys addressing specific issues in individual bodies in order to help people move and live better. In massage, she employs a gentle mix of myofascial release with lymphatic techniques like tapping and brushing to assist in unwinding persistent fascial tension, and building fluidity in the body's internal movements. She also works with clients to create their own in home routines to tackle imbalances from both manual and movement perspectives.
Finally, Megan offers ICAPs, or In Class Assisted Privates, in which a student practices in one of our regular group classes while being assisted for the entire class. Afterwards, we'll discuss the experience and collaborate on a plan forward to optimize your
movement and breath.
