In Class Assisting Privates

Have you been to class and seen a student getting their own little private session in the back of the room? Well that's an ICAP, and it just might change your practice.

In Class Assisting Privates, or ICAPS, are an opportunity for a teacher to closely observe your practice, through touch, breath and continuous connection. You'll choose which class you'd like to take, and your assistant will follow your lead through the entire practice. Afterwards, you'll sit down and discuss the experience; though such close work, your assistant will be able to provide you insights to your practice's strengths, imbalances, and how you can build a plan to move forward to progress your work on your own.
