Choose your mentor & start your journey when you're ready. This mentorship includes and requires:

* initial meeting with your mentor to personalize your learning path based upon your needs and learning desires

 * 3 months unlimited practice at One Point One Yoga

* 3 privates with your mentor (minimum)

* regular mentor attendance in mentee's classes for feedback and constructive work

* weekly assignments and projects structured around your teaching needs and based on your progress
