Overlooking the vast Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by rolling green fields and rugged cliffs, this setting offers a perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Mornings and afternoons we’ll practice in the spacious on-site studio fully equipped with mats and props;

mornings will be dynamic and active, evenings cooling and structural as we explore the body's architecture and the soul's archetypes.  Days and evenings you'll have plenty of time to relax and unwind in the property’s thermal suite with saunas, cold plunge and hot tubs, and hike the cliffs where the sky and sea meet the earth.

You can book commercial flights into Shannon (SNN - 45 minutes away), Ireland West Airport Knock (NOC - 2.5 hours away) or Dublin (DUB - 3-4 hours away).

Arrival to our sanctuary anytime after 4pm on August 21, and

Departure no later than 9:30am on August 26.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Retreat deposit is non-refundable or transferable. These retreats have limited space and the deposit secures your spot.

For cancellation requests submitted prior to July 1st, balance is not owed but deposit is still forfeited.

For cancellations after the balance has been paid, there are no refunds.

Exceptions cannot be made regardless of personal emergencies, injury or illness, etc. 

We do know unexpected things can come up so we encourage you to be sure the policy works for you before registering; we highly recommend that all students book travel insurance to accommodate for the unexpected.
