SADHANA

Sadhana îs a year long program plumbing the depths of yoga through study, practice and commitment. Since yoga is a practice in living rather than just doing, it not only focuses on how you move on your mat, but how you manage consumption, emotion, habits and relationships over time, constantly negotiating the challenges of the mind along the way. So whether you are a student longing for more, a future teacher waiting to learn, or simply interested in diving deep into one or two elements of the practice, in 2023, we are offering three paths for this journey, both in studio and virtually:

Sadhana One - A Year Long Path for Students
Fifteen weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 12-5pm each day) over the course of the year, each weekend delving into a different range of topics. You'll gain a deeper understanding of asana in your body, the roots of yoga, philosophy, anatomy, meditation, pranayama, Bhakti, the cultural appropriation of yoga, and so much more. An entire year of unlimited practice is included in Sadhana One.

Tuition: $2450 in studio, $1500 Live stream & On Demand

Sadhana Two - A Year Long Path for Future Teachers
A path for those who wish to become teachers, you'll attend all 15 Sadhana One weekends, as well as SEVEN additional weekends to learn the intricacies of sequencing, cueing, assists, and of course, find your voice as a teacher. An entire year of unlimited practice is included in Sadhana Two, as well as Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification.

Tuition: $3150 in studio, $2100 Live stream & On Demand

Sadhana Step by Step - A Weekend at a Time for All Students
All weekends of this journey are available to take individually for students who'd like to dip a toe into deeper waters for specific elements of the practice. Join in for any single 10 hour weekend to widen your understanding of particular topics. Credit for YA CEUs as well as toward our 300 hour training (where applicable).
