SADHANA

Sadhana is a nine month program plumbing the depths of yoga through study, practice and commitment. Since yoga is a practice in living rather than just doing, it not only focuses on how you move on your mat, but how you manage consumption, emotion, habits and relationships over time, constantly negotiating the challenges of the mind along the way. So whether you are a student longing for more or a future teacher waiting to learn, in 2025, we offer two paths for this journey:
Sadhana One: For Students
13 weekends to dive deeper into your understanding of this practice's origins, purpose, philosophy and your own body, mind, breath and movement.
Tuition: $2550 (Virtual Attendance: $2150)
Sadhana Two: For Those Becoming Teachers
Join for all 13 weekends of Sadhana One, plus five additional weekends to explore your own teaching and how to lead students through breath, movement and meditation practices. Upon completion of all of your work and exams, you will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
Tuition: $3250 (Virtual Attendance: $2850)
Both paths include Unlimited Practice for the duration of the training, as well as Private Mentorship with a Sadhana teacher to guide your own growth and learning.
