How In-Studio Classes Work:

Sign up on Union and show up 5-15 minutes prior to class.

The door will be locked upon class start to protect student belongings.

Our studio is not heated,

 but you may still want to bring water and a towel with you.

Bring your mat along with you and if you have your own props

you are welcome to bring them.

We've got rental mats if you don't have your own!

How Live Stream Classes Work:

Sign up on Union and you'll be able to join us as we practice in real time, with real people, from our studio to yours. If you sign up early, you'll get an email reminding you to join us with Union when class starts.

How Pre-Recorded Classes Work:

Head to our pre-recorded class library and you can practice with us anywhere and anytime; we've got over hundreds of classes to choose from and add new live streams daily, so there's plenty of options.

You can take any livestream or replayed class for $8/pop, get a 5 class pack for $35, get unlimited livestreams and replays for $50/month, or start a contract for $125 to join us for unlimited in-person, livestream and replay classes.
