This interactive therapy uses gentle, guided movement to realign connective tissues and improve functional balance.
Your active participation helps stimulate neuro-myofascial and muscular systems, gradually ease everyday movement.
Each session begins with standing postural assessment, to guide your treatment. We recommend wearing minimal clothing for visibility; blankets are always provided for warmth and comfort.
During each session, you’ll move on and off the table as part of interactive exercises that help you understand and improve your body’s fascia alignment and posture.
Upon booking, you’ll receive a consultation form and appointment details.
After completing the series, follow up sessions are recommended every 3-12 months depending on your body’s process and progress.
