(20 hours CEUs / towards 300 hour module)
with Bobbie Marchand
As the world gets faster, the importance of rest is undeniable.
In this six part series with guest teacher Bobbie Marchand of Prema Yoga in Brooklyn, we will delve into the world of repose: climbing through the theories, techniques, and practices of Yin and restorative yoga, we'll integrate their use in our modern world.
Intended for teachers of yoga, but suitable for longtime students as well, each of our six sessions will begin with lecture and interactive content, and finish with a practice to integrate our learning.
Join for one ($50) or all six ($260); completion of the entire training will offer 20 hours toward One Point One Yoga's 300 hour Teacher Training, or YA CEUs.
