FIND YOUR ROOTS
FIND YOUR ROOTS
(10 hours CEUs / towards 300 hour module)
with Maryellen Baverso
six Sundays of 90 minutes
January 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and February 6, 2022
“Roots” is our beginners class great for those new to practice, as well as an exceptional way for seasoned practitioners to break down shapes and get inquisitive about how movement works in our bodies. Find Your Roots is a guide to daily movement, weekly in-person classes, and the support to begin and deepen your practice as it evolves.
We begin with the same group of people that meet every week, eventually graduating together to celebrate their commitments and excitement to move into all level classes. The hope is to create a mini community within this amazing community for those who need a little more support re-emerging from a challenging 2 years.
This program is open to everyone and great for people new to the practice and eager to have the accountability to stay consistent.
Yoga teachers in the series will have the opportunity to learn via integration with the program, as well as hand-on experience watching and helping beginners learn. Participants will qualify for Yoga Alliance CEU’s or 10 hours toward our 300 Hour Advanced YA Teacher Training.
