Few aspects of our daily life can effect our bodies, minds and spirits on a deeper level than stress. In this weekend of exploration into the anatomy of stress, we will:
* identify understand how all the systems of the body are affected by stressors, including the nervous, digestive, endocrine, circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, urinary, reproductive and musculoskeletal systems *
* detail specific pranayama, meditation and asana practices aimed at relieving these stresses, not only addressing the symptoms of stress but the root causes and cycles of stress as well *
* experience these modalities both in teaching and practice through a 20 hour weekend *
Our time together will be comprised lecture, discussion, and experiential practice, coupled with the integration of homework that students will prepare and present.

Applicable for students and teachers alike, teachers may receive 20 hours of continued education credit with YA, and also accrue hours toward 1.1's 300 hour training.
